On site we run every zone and watch it work. A dry patch in one corner is frequently caused by something three zones away — a partly closed valve, a pressure drop, a head that was replaced with the wrong nozzle. Running the whole system is the only way to see that.

3. We tell you what we found, in plain terms

You get a straight explanation of what is wrong, what caused it, and what happens if it is left. If a component is near the end of its life we will say so, and we will also say when something has years left and does not need touching.
